Our business operations and supply chain are streamlined direct to you our customer. We don't operate a traditional retail shop, rather a storage and workshop facility. We manage our costs, and maintain better control throughout the supply chain overall. This way we are able to pass very substantial savings on to our customers.

Founder Steve O' Connell and his wife Caroline, who was born in China, spend a substantial amount of time in China visiting factories and quality checking parts. In China, electric bicycles have been around for many years and are used primarily for commuting. They are typically clumsy scooter like machines that use heavy and bulky lead acid batteries. People commute on these electric bicycles as a matter of necessity, to and from work, etc.

It was Steve's vision to purpose design and develop premium top end electric bicycles to suit Australian requirements, and at the best price possible.

All parts used on our electric bicycles are only selected after careful study and trial, from a short list of specialised manufactures. Electric bikes are then assembled at a top rated facility that adopts ISO9001 quality system standards.

All of our electric bikes are personally test rode by Steve at the factory in China prior to shipment, as part of our rigorous quality inspection regime.
